Lara Rawa is a law graduate from the University of Lagos with a Masters Degree in International Business Law from Queen Mary University of London. She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2007.

She is also a Master Bartender and a Certified mixologist, astute cocktail enthusiast, CEO of Eventi Cocktails a cocktail consulting Company and Mobile Catering Services Company. She is the first female Tales Attaché in Nigeria for Tales of the Cocktails in New Orleans Louisiana USA and the Founder of Lagos Cocktail Week. The Lagos Cocktail initiative serves as a platform for the celebration and promotion of the cocktail culture in Nigeria through events, seminars, training sessions, etc. Our aspiration at Lagos Cocktail is for cocktails and the cocktail industry at large to be recognised as an integral aspect of the Nigerian beverage industry. She has also been involved as a judge on different platforms The BarmanTv auditions 2017 World Class Nigeria Audition 2017 The Baileys Bakefest 2017, 2018 & 2019. Her latest work was with the Schweppes team; to launch their new variants into the Nigerian market she created 30 recipes using local herbs and spices. She is currently an MBA student at the Lagos Business School.

TOFUNMI AKINSEYE

Tofunmi Akinseye serves as the CEO and Publisher of Savvy Media Africa, in addition to the overall editorial direction for Savvy, this role is responsible for maintaining the tonal and aesthetic consistency of the Savvy brand across all platforms. A year ago, Tofunmi established a PR company under the Savvy brand and has attracted notable brands like Filmhouse cinemas, led successful campaigns such as the West African Premiere of the 3rd highest grossing movie ever Black Panther, and other hard-hitting campaigns for different brands.

Tofunmi’s unwavering belief that every individual has a potential to be manifested if well invested in, fueled her thirst do more for the budding generation. Her focus is on creating opportunities for young people to succeed in life by equipping them with skills that will enable them to reach their full potentials.

Tofunmi Akinseye had her first degree at the University of Ibadan; she served in some capacities with Ted X and was a global shaper for the Ibadan hub (A world economic forum initiative). Tofunmi has copywriting experience and communications from her years in the digital marketing department at MTN Nigeria. Tofunmi has trained over 500 youths through the Savvy Media Africa Edtech initiative with skills needed to thrive in the digital age, attracting partners such as Google, Facebook, StartWebAfrica, Jobberman and more. Tofunmi recently was one of the women selected for The spark #IWD initiative, where she won mentorship, business tools valued at over $1m, access to learning resources and an opportunity for an investor for her business. Tofunmi was also selected as a part of the 12 women that took part in the inaugural edition of the Business Plan accelerator Programme- Scale up for SME Boutique women’s exclusive club (Swec) in 2016. She has been featured on a few notable media platforms such as The Nation Newspaper, GoTV channel 112, Rave Tv, This Day Newspaper, Channels Tv, STV, The street journal, Urockmedia and more.

Mrs. Adewummi Love for selfless service to humanity made her join Lions Club during her University days. During one of her trips with Lions Club members to India she researched about healthy spices and food products, that is where her entrepreneurial journey began.

CEO of Pison Tipping Point Limited, Blossom Aruedoghene Pogbe is one the Leading women in food products business. The humble and intelligent graduate of B.Sc. Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Benin, Edo State in 1999 and Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations from University of Lagos, Lagos State in 2010, has over 15 years of work experience which cuts across Telecommunication, Infrastructure and Oil & Gas Industries. She has worked in various capacities over the years and grew in leadership roles from Officer to Supervisor/Senior HR Advisor and to Acting HR Manager.

Tewa Onasanya is a British-Nigerian publisher, philanthropist, Author and Mindset Stylist. She holds a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Portsmouth, UK and a Diploma in Fashion Journalism from the College of Media and Publishing, UK, a certificate in Mindfulness from Udemy and a Certified Law of Attraction practitioner.

She is the Founder/CEO of Exquisite Magazine Services Ltd, the publishers of Exquisite Magazine and the organizers of EMAC Walk and ELOY Awards. In September 2003, she started Exquisite magazine – a fashion, beauty and lifestyle magazine for women which is also behind Exquisite Magazine Walk against Cancer (EMAC Walk) -an event aimed at increasing awareness of cervical and breast cancer and free screening for people and ELOY Awards created in 2009 which so far has awarded more than 170 women Exquisite Magazine organizes the exquisite magazine annual cancer walk, an event aimed at increasing the awareness for cervical and breast cancer and free screening for people. In 2009, exquisite magazine started an only female awards ceremony called the exquisite ladies of the year (ELOY) awards. The ELOY awards is aimed at celebrating women of excellence in different fields, empowering, motivating and inspiring others and it is held every last Friday in November. The ELOYs was started in 2009 due to the need to celebrate women’s achievement. This is so; others can be inspired to be better versions of them.
