*Akinwumi Akonwonjo
Akinwunmi is a Social Impact Strategist who has combined his background in information technology with a strong passion to deploy resources available to him to create better experiences for people and impact his society. He has led the delivery of and supported different social initiatives in Education, Entrepreneurship, Health, youth leadership and empowerment. Before joining Prospectus, Akinwunmi worked in the Senior Management Team of FATE Foundation as Senior Manager, Learning & Influence where he led the organisation’s strategies on programme & curriculum development, quality assurance & standards, monitoring, evaluation, learning & impact reporting, content development and volunteer management. He led the delivery of some of the Foundation’s legacy projects including The Nigerian Entrepreneur’s Handbook Series.
Akinwunmi works as a Principal Consultant at Prospectus UK’s Global Team working with charity and for purpose organisations to identify, connect and place executive level talents including Directors, Senior Managers, CEOs, Board Directors and Trustees. Akinwunmi brings his sound knowledge and expertise in non-profit leadership and management, programme design & delivery, monitoring, evaluation & learning and programme quality assurance to support client organisations and candidates.
Akinwunmi enjoys supporting non-profit organisations define and clarify their theories of change, result chain and organisational structure. He also enjoys supporting businesses in articulating , implementing and enhancing their strategies & operations for efficiency, effectiveness and growth. He serves on the advisory board of a primary & secondary school in Lagos, Nigeria and as strategy advisor to 3 SMEs in Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, M.Sc. in Information Technology and executive certificates in Non-Profit Leadership & Management, Social Entrepreneurship amongst others.
*Olatunde Isaac
Olatunde Isaac is a Nigerian scientist, food safety specialist, open knowledge advocate and Social entrepreneur. His passion for biomedical research motivated him to pursue a degree in Biochemistry at Adekunle Ajasin University, formerly Ondo State University.
In 2016, he joined the services of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) as a Scientific Officer and has served in different capacities in the Establishment. He currently leads the Quality Management Team at the Imported Foods and Feeds Division of NAFDAC, and he’s a member of the Agency’s Registration and Regulatory Affairs Directorate Risks Management Team.In 2020, Isaac was nominated as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, and in 2021, he received NAFDAC’s Director-General Awards, the highest NAFDAC award, for his Meritorious service in protecting Nigeria’s public health.Isaac is a versatile personality whose works in the open movement, specifically on Wikipedia.
*Snatcha
Snatcha is one half of one of Nigeria’s premier christian Hip Hop group the legendary RooftopMcs.
Known for their eclectic sound and energetic stage performances,
Rooftopmcs Shocked the scene with their hybrid song “Shock Therapy” a blend of Hip Hop, Rock and Fuji. It is safe to say RooftopMcs was ALTE before there was Alte.
In 2011 The group went on a break and Fo used on their families.
In 2016 Snatcha returned with a side project as he released his debute solo album The Value Of Nothing (2016), winning 3 Agma awards for this project.
Snatcha lost his wife of 8 years after a long health battle becoming a single father of four. He later released The Drunken Masters (A live album -2020) and several singles.

Snatcha is an all round creative, He runs a production/ entertainment company in the United Kingdom called The Assalt Company. He remarried gospel artiste Nikki Laoye in 2022.
*Chidera Nwanze
Chidera is an accomplished Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Professional,
Sustainability enthusiast, and a budding Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst with 10years experience working majorly in the upstream oil and gas sector,and a brief stint in electric power distribution.
His colorful and adventurous career has seen him work in remote oil rich areas in Nigeria’s Niger-Delta on land and swamp (shallow offshore) drilling and work over rigs,oil and gas production flow stations and gas plants,where he is usually the custodian and enforcer of the company’s Health Safety and Environment policies and procedures by striving to ensure that the risk of injury to personnel, equipment failure and environmental damage is greatly reduced or eliminated,while also maintaining a compliant relationship (on the company’s behalf)with the petroleum industry’s regulators such as NUPRC (Former DPR),Federal Ministry of Environment,National Oil Spill Detection and Remediation Agency (NOSDRA) to name a few.
Chidera currently works with foremost indigenous petroleum exploration and production firm; Seplat Energy in it’s Western Asset Field Location, as a Health Safety and Environment Supervisor in the Engineering and Projects department, where he manages and supervises contractors’ for the company’s engineering and construction projects from mobilization to commissioning,and site restoration.

In his past experience,Chidera has worked with; now defunct Cardinal Drilling Services Limited,British Oil and Gas Exploration Limited (Drilling contractor to Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production Company),Salvic Petroleum Resources Limited and Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited,all exploration and production companies operating in the Niger Delta regions of the country.His brief stint in the power sector was a challenging one,but eventually saw bring his robust knowledge of the petroleum sector’s Health and Safety Management Systems to Abuja Electricity Distribution Company,where he made considerable progress in helping implement useful Health and Safety procedures and processes still in use today,and also left an unforgettable impact on his team and superiors,who he maintained a strong working and personal relationship with.
