My career thus far has involved Identifying, acquiring and building relationships for Market Expansion, creating & executing strategies for business growth and project managing various projects for startups. Product and service innovation are top focus for driving her success.

I am passionate about technology, technology Education and their potential to contribute to socio-economic development in Africa. I am interested in transforming organisations through Agile Team Development, and Business Development. My desire is to contribute immensely to the ecosystem of professionals for the “Future of Work”.

Which Women inspire you the most?
Women that have inspired me the most are the mothers that go all out every day for their families and their businesses, they are nurturers who will sacrifice all they can for their children to progress.
As a business owner, how have you been able stand tall in competitive industry?
As a woman and business owner in a competitive industry, having a picture of my desired destination on my mind at all times and knowing that I am strong and capable of overtaking my challenges has really helped me.
What’s the unique selling point of your business?
Hand holding of enthusiasts to transition into tech (by having one-on-one initially talk to discuss their where their career is, understand where their interest is and curate a career transition roadmap along with subsequent check-in review )
As a Woman, how have you been able to inspire other Women through giving back to the society through your business?
I always try to attend specific women events and try to get to speak at these kinds of events and when I encounter younger women in the industry, I try to impact as much wisdom as I can on them as well as encouraging and impacting young colleagues that have worked with me.
What keeps you going when the chips are down?
The history of the women who have gone before me and knowing I cannot fail the women who look up at me as a role model, my success also keeps me going.
This year international Women’s Day theme “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls”. What does this mean to you?
Gender Equality is a big deal to me and empowerment of women has helped me get to where I am today. Innovation and technological change will bring about a new age for women of all sectors as it will help usher in diversity and inclusion and help women more fields.
Your own definition of Motherhood?
Motherhood is a beautiful journey of bringing in life into the world, nurturing and caring for the child and watching them grow into beautiful people that will have an impact on the world.
Aside work, how do you relax yourself?
I often take time with my family and go out to eat, watch movies, recreational parks and I also relax with friends.
Words of inspiration to other Women all over the world?
Keep on going, it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else just you because it is your dream to reach for the biggest one.
