Temitope is a Physiotherapist with over four years of clinical and research work experience in Nigeria and Canada respectively. She graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife with a degree in Physiotherapy in 2011 with a published paper on physical activity among undergraduates in Obafemi Awolowo University. She then relocated to Canada in 2016 for her MSc Research work in Medical Rehabilitation at McMaster University where she graduated with honors in 2018. Currently, Temitope works in various long-term health care facilities in Hamilton, Ontario with older and young adults with developmental disabilities and various chronic health conditions.

Temitope support individuals with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder and down syndrome to actively carry out their daily activities safely and effectively. This is geared towards improving their level of independence or interdependence, function and quality of life through exercise and various physical activities. Temitope also partly runs an NGO called Temi-Springs Educare Foundation (TSEF) in Lagos, Nigeria. This focuses on providing basic educational needs for the less privileged and persons with disabilities in public schools.
